If you have forgotten your password, the system can generate a new password for you. Before requesting a new password, it may be helpful to look for the original activation email that you received when you first registered for an account. Search for an email with the subject Activation code from SymComm Ltd.

To request a new password, enter the email address that you used when registering for an account with us as well as your username and click the Submit button.

Your new password will be emailed to you within a few minutes of clicking the Submit button. The subject line of the email message will be New password from SymComm Ltd.

If you do not see this email in your Inbox, please check:
  • That you are looking in the correct Inbox if you have more than one email address
  • That you have entered the email address you used to register for an account with us
  • Whether the email has been placed in your Spam box by your email filter
